Steps:
1. Create e4 App Project using the "New..." wizard
2. Open Application.e4xmi with Workbenchmodel Editor
3. Switch to Windows, go down to Part Stack
4. The combo with "Part" and "InputPart" is initially empty. Press the button next to it

One need to select an option in the combo first.

Still valid in e4 1.0M6.
