Description Stefan Edlund CLA 2010-06-16 19:43:05 EDT
We can sub-divide the population into subgroups, but when those groups are age groups we do not handle the new births propertly.

1. New births should go into the year 0-x age group as fully susceptible
2. Between all other age groups, the new births are moved as a fraction of people from the lower age group to the higher age group using the complete state of the disease
3. Deaths are substracted from all groups and all states equally.

This was implemented by Chris Thoens last summer
