Description Stefan Edlund CLA 2010-06-16 15:23:38 EDT
For instance, the border length parameter in the CommonBorderRelationshipLabelValue is not used, so there is no way to create mixing edges where we can precisely specify the mixing that takes place.

Also, once we can have different rates for the edges, we need to add a population identifier attribute to the edge to specify the mixing population.

Same for migration edges in the future.
Comment 1 James Kaufman CLA 2010-06-18 12:41:37 EDT
Before updating doc on mixing (which today is done through common border edges), we need to correctly measure and set the common border length for each edge.
Comment 2 James Kaufman CLA 2010-06-30 18:45:28 EDT
Common Border length is now correctly set for all edges.
Documentation of Mixing by Common Border Edges and migration between regions is now at:
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Transportation_Models

Creation of Migration Edges (for testing) is now at
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Creating_a_new_Graph

need to check organization of these sections....
