The location picker dialog (for infectors/initializers/population models) is small, it should be possible to make it bigger.

THe problem with Resize has to do with the size of the filtered list inside the ISOkeypicker. The different pickers get different sizes as level 0 and 1 have many more locations than level 2 and 3 (in general). For now I have dissabled resize but create a better initial size.
