Description Stefan Edlund CLA 2010-06-16 14:17:40 EDT
We'll add the ability to subdivide a population into subgroups (e.g. men/women). With this function, multiple population disease models that use matrices or vectors for parameters will be supported.

Some things to fix:
Logger: How do we store matrices or vectors in the runparameters.txt file
Experiments/automated experiments: We need to be able to modify cells in matrices or values in lists.

Fixed. Will open new feature request for run parameter file
