Content assist should work for intertype inner types. There are two parts to this:

TargetType: the declarations of the ITIT should be available in the target type.

ITIT: We should ensure that the members of the containing target type are available in the ITIT where appropriate (use a similar strategy that we use for content assist inside ITDs).

Working now inside the target type as well as in other classes.

Well, this is not working completely. Content assist for ITITs in the target type are not working. I'll raise a new bug for that.

However, when the type that content assist is being invoked in is in a separate file from the target type, everything works fine.
