Build Identifier: 

Core methods like:
* GitSyncInfo.calulateKind() (which is used by SyncInfo.init() to calculate kind of change)
* GitResourceVariantComparator.compare (which is used to compare local and remote resources)
should have be covered by junit test cases.

Also we should have SWTBot tests that will check integration with UI.
