The figure of the model element Stereotype in the profile diagram should have the keyword <<stereotype>> just above its name as shown in the attached figure.

The keyword <<stereotype>> does not appear if you create a stereotype in one container. If you create the Stereotype in the context of the diagram directly it is ok.
