Description Anne Jacko CLA 2010-06-14 20:39:59 EDT
On the page that lists the Eclipse forums
http://www.eclipse.org/forums/

there is a section for forums for Proposals. When the forums are first created, they are for proposals, so this makes sense.

But it's my understanding that the same forum is used after the project is created and it's no longer a proposal, so ideally the listings for the forums for created projects would move into the section that shows project forums.

I'm not how best this can be implemented -- it sounds like a manual process?

I've added some code to our update script that *should* move projects into the general 'Eclipse Project' category once their project phase is no longer 'proposal'.

If I'm wrong please re-open.

Great -- thanks. I'll try to remember to check it after the next project changes from Proposal to Incubation and see if it's working OK.
