Build Identifier: eclipse3

I need to find a copy of Eclipse that will run on java 1.3
I have looked in the http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/release/europa/winter but this version is I think one release to new.

If you want to run the SDK/IDE then the latest version that still runs on JRE 1.3 is R2.1.3 (which is pretty old). You find it here:
