I found some issues in the Tutorial Registration dialog:
 
1. if I close registration dialog using close button [x] - installation will proceed without registration 
2. if I close registration dialog using Esc key - installation will proceed without registration 
3. in case problems during registration (for example, connection timeout) I see error message, but 'Ok' button is disabled. So, I need to change something on the form to enable 'Ok' button.
4. On the form I see field 'User name'. What does it mean? In the description I see only '... Please enter your name and email address... '. May be make sense to rename field to 'Name' ?
5. Registration itself take some time. And during registration form and Eclipse 'hang'. Is it possible to add progress monitor for the registration execution?
