I used File > Export > Run/Debug > Launch Configurations in order to export my API Tools Report setup and share it with others in the team. Since the exported Launch is in my Workspace, I now have 2 identical copies of my API Use Report.

It looks like the "Common" tab which is used to show private vs. shared Launch Configurations is missing from the API Usage Report LaunchTabGroup.
