When I log in as Conference Queen and click on the link to "Review the Emails" (at the top of the Conf Queen page under "Example Emails" I'm only seeing a subset of the emails that have been updated for ESE 2010. I edited the emails in CVS, deployed them at this page: https://www.eclipsecon.org/deploy/ but I'm still not seeing the whole list. I recall that there was some sort of magic Gabe had to do to make the emails show up, but don't know what it it is. I think that he only had to do this once, and then the emails would be there and when I edited them the edits would show up after I did the deploy thing. There's an error message at the bottom of the emails that are listed: Fatal error: Class 'talk_accepted_long_EMAIL' not found in /home/apps/submissions/org.eclipse.dash/submissions/review_email_templates.php on line 47 if that gives a clue. Thanks.
Changing the assignee.
I think it's because ese2010/emails/talk_accepted_long.php has its class named talk_accepted_short_Email Probably just a copy/paste error. I've changed it and re-deployed the sub system. Give that a try in a minute or so.
Thanks. I went through again and found another class error that I fixed. But now I'm seeing this error and I can't seem to fix it: Fatal error: Class 'talk_accepted_symposium_EMAIL' not found in /home/apps/submissions/org.eclipse.dash/submissions/review_email_templates.php on line 47 I changed the class in talk_accepted_symposium to be talk_accepted_symposia_EMAIL but in talk_accepted_symposium.php that didn't help. Do I need to change all occurrences of "symposium" to "symposia" in the class names and file names? You may recall that I asked you to update something to do with this because my copy editor brain was not liking the improper use of the plural "symposia" when it should have been singular "symposiam" but I can get over this if I need to. :-)
> Do I need to change all occurrences of "symposium" to "symposia" in the > class names and file names? The name of the class must match the name of the file, so yes I'm guessing the multiple search and replace must have screwed this up.
I'll close this as fixed -- all we need to do is make sure the class name matches the PHP file name.
