The installed tab is reporting solutions as installed when one of their IUs matches an installed IU, but the repository URL of the catalog entry is not in the user's local configuration.  These entries are easily identified in the UI since their 'Install' button is enabled and there is no 'Update' or 'Uninstall' button.

This problem is a usability issue in that it may be confusing to the user.  Pressing 'Install' _may_ result in a message that there's nothing to install, since the user already has the IU(s) installed.

This seems fixed in Juno release.
