There are no event handlers so newly added trim bars do not get rendered.

Marking for a look in RC1.

I think that I have added code in the PRE for this but it likely needs to be more deeply tested...

I've fixed this by adding a 'trimHandler' listener to the PRE. Tested by minimizing a stack in a fresh WS and seeing that the renderer gets called from the PRE's listener...
