When creating a diagram from a package, the newly created diagram appears at the model level in the model explorer whereas it should appear below the package.
This is a major issue as a package can be extracted as a sub model and it should contain its own diagrams.

It seems to be solved. So I fix it.

Do not hesitate to reopen it, if the bug reappear
