I forgot to run the final steps of promoting our RC4 candidate which "packs" the jars. Thus, they did not get included in the common repo. 

I have, since, packed them so they will be picked up in any respins (if we dont' break :( 

But ... I need to automate this "pack" with "promote" so my sleepiness won't cause this in future.

Automate either literally with "promote" or some time after build. 
It takes a long time ... 30 minutes?
