What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In "eclipse-cpp-helios-RC3-win32-x86_64" create a executable "Hello World C++ Project".
    System description: Windows 7 x64, Intel Dual Core, hp Laptop & with Cygwin 1.7.5-1.
2. do "Build All".
3. then do Debug or Run (after setting the run configurations)
