Theme is renamed when new a theme with a name same as an existing theme.

2.6.0 v20100610-0630

steps to reproduce:
1. New a library.
2. In outline view, new a theme with name 'a'.
3. New another theme with name 'a'.

Actual result:
The second theme is renamed to 'a1'.

Expected result:
If user enter a duplicate name, prompt user to use another name, other than rename is directly.
