Error annotations not removed from the JSP structured text editor upon resolution

Steps to recreate the problem
================================================================
1. Create a Dynamic Web Project.
2. Create a JSP file. File name must end with ".jsp"
3. Double click the newly created file to open it in the JSP
Structured Text Editor
4. Add the following content to the JSP
<jsp:body>
<P class="button">put some text here</P>
</jsp:body>
5. Press CTRL+s to save the document.
6. Highlight the </P> HTML end Tag and press the Delete key to remove
the tag.
7. Note that the <P ...> HTML element is now flagged with an Error
Annotation indicating that the end tag is missing.
8. Press CTRL+s to save the document.
9. Add the </P> back to the end of the text to close the HTML element.
10. Press CTRL+s to save the document.
11. Note that the Error Annotation remains and continues to indicate
that the end tag is missing.
At this point there are only two ways to remove the Error Annotation.
1) Close the JSP file and reopen it in the JSP Structured Text Editor
2) Remove any JSP tag (i.e. </jsp:body>), save the document, and then
add the JSP tag back and save the document.

Reproducible: Always
