The toolchains shown when clicking "Show Project Types and toolchains only if they are supported on the platform" shows the toolchains supported by the local OS and thus is wrong if the remote OS and local OS are different. Either this should be corrected or the check-box should be removed.
The inbox can't make committments, and hence if the asignee is the inbox, the target milestone shouldn't be set. If you are planning to fix this, then you should assign it to yourself, in which case setting the target milestone would be entirely reasonable. BTW, this part of the wizard comes from CDT, so it would either need to change there (which won't happen in a bug fix release), or you'd have to duplicate the page.

Sorry I used the milestone to indicate that it is something which doesn't have to be fixed for the Helios build. I wanted to avoid confusing people searching for open bugs which have to be fixed on the last day.
