The RDT XLC feature (org.eclipse.ptp.rdt.xlc) is currently missing from the Helios repository.  To enable this feature however, we'll need to add a few more CDT features that this feature depends on, namely

org.eclipse.cdt.core.lrparser.feature
org.eclipse.cdt.core.parser.upc.feature
org.eclipse.cdt.xlc.feature

To answer question on cross-project list. It is not too late, technically. 

And, sounds like the kind of "cross-project" issue that justifies a "last minute" fix. 

(BTW, I asked Vivian on IM if this effected EPP packages, and she said "no"). 

Want to try to include in RC4? If so, please edit .build file soon. 
(I've just promoted a near RC4+3 build to staging, so now is a good time, I can repromote if/when succeeds). 

Does this require a change to PTP contribution "simultaneously"?

I see the missing feature and the additional features in the staging repo now.
