Our popup menu process currently adds menu contributions for the menu's main ID, and then any tags on the menu that start with "popup:".  It also adds menu contributions that are visible and have parentID="popup".

Is this correctly adding the IDs provided in registerContextMenu(*)?

In the Problems view we currently get all of the context menu contributions as well as the View Dropdown menu contribution in the context menu.  Do we allow some 3.x contributions to be tagged "menu" and filter out "menu" for MPopupMenu and "popup" for MMenu?
