Steps to reproduce:
1. open Demo Workbench in either Fancy or Business design
2. The upper left viewstack shows "View I" and "View II" by default (?)
3. Make the left viewstack that small, that the "View I" tab is shown and "View II" tab is in the overflow menu. 
4. Select Window->Show View->View II from the menu.

View II is now visible, but the tabbar is not updated accordingly.
