Following is the stack trace i get when i import the project. Not sure what the problem is. 
# I tried to make all the directories and individual files as WRITEable. 
# The launch configuration do exist. 
# I copied the complete path from this exception and also tried it on the windows explorer to double check. 

This happens on a client place and your help is highly appreciated. I personally tried all the options that i know of, but no luck.

In the same environment, i am also not able to save a launch configuration. I can say "Apply" but the "Run" does not do anything. It throws an exception.

Steps to Reproduce:
We supply a set of Launch Scripts to the customer which he can import along with the project. All the while this process worked nice. However, now i have a problem that at the customer site with Widows XP and Eclipse 3.2.2 i get the mentioned exception when i import the project.
1.Install a fresh eclipse instance downloaded for windows environment from http://archive.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops/R-3.2.2-200702121330/index.php 
2. Launch Eclipse and Import the project with Launch Scripts
3. In the Error Logs i get 5 errors each saying that "org.eclipse.debug.core.DebugException: Launch configuration Batch SubmitJob (ANIMATE) at c:\spl\V230_CCB\SPLSDKCommon\eclipseLaunchScripts\Batch SubmitJob (ANIMATE).launch does not exist."
However, the real issue is this file exists and is also writable.
