The current text (see attachment) is not worded as a question, nor does the dialog show the standard question-mark image when confirming the clean.  You can contrast this easily with deleting a file from the workspace, http://www.eclipse.org/articles/Article-UI-Guidelines/images/fileDeletedDialog.gif

Is this the 'Clean tomcat working directory' or the 'Clean...'. I am going to assumed that this is the Tomcat specific action.
