The IP notice in the modeling package discovery UI was linking to this page :

http://www.eclipse.org/Xtext/download/

It's now redirecting to http://www.eclipse.org/modeling/tmf/downloads/ and the ip message is no more here. 

Is xText fully IP-clean in regards to Eclipse and then I'll can remove the  http://download.itemis.com/updates/milestones update-site or is the IP notice missing ?

If the IP notice is missing it could be nice to have a dedicated URL to avoid such changes in the future..

xText is now hidden in the discovery UI waiting for clarifications.

Hi Cedric,

yes I think we found a good solution to that IP issue. It is only downloaded on demand and the user is asked before that.

So it's ok to point to the eclipse update site and remove the IP note. Also note that Xtext, Xpand and MWE are going to graduate. So please also remove the incubation flag, when building the released version.
