The following "Association-related" sub-menus appear in Port contextual menu (in Composite Structure Diagram):
- Association End
- Aggregation
- Navigation

These should not be visible for this kind of selection.

Not Port but Port label context menu

Visibility / Enablement for these actions have been modified in ClassDiagram (r1899).
