Fix

ListeningConnector has same javadoc as launching connector when they have different behaviours.  Patch attached.

Through some misunderstandings, this was released without the required approval, but I think it was sincere, so I decided safest to go ahead and build it, since I also wanted to rebuild with final pre-reqs. 

Sorry for the out-of-process churn.
