In the WebTools classification, WTP Source Editing contains a wst.jsdt component that is no longer meant to be used.  It should be renamed/archived or removed.

I've moved the two open bugs.  And actually both wst.javascript and wst.jsdt need to be ...dealt with.

If I move the remaining 'closed' bugs for these components to z_Archived will that be all right? We'll lose the version milestone data however.

Yes.  They would be for releases we won't be generally supporting as of today.
