Build: 3.6 RC4

1) Open the merge wizard on a project that hasn't had its branches/versions refreshed
2)Type in a start and end tag for the merge

-> At this point there is an error message at the top saying "The specified start tag is not known to exist", and the "Finish" button is disabled.

3) Click "Refresh Tags".

-> The same error is there and Finish is not enabled. However, at this point the tags are known. If I type a character followed by backspace in one of the fields at this point the finish button becomes enabled. It should update the error message and Finish enablement after a "Refresh Tags" or "Configure Tags" is performed.
