Description skoe CLA 2010-06-08 07:53:30 EDT
Version:	0.7.8.I20091023-1300

SVN Client:	org.eclipse.team.svn.connector.svnkit16 2.2.1.I20091009-1900 SVN/1.6.2 SVNKit/1.3.0 (http://svnkit.com/) r5847

The editor for svn:externals doesn't allow me to use '#' to comment out lines. Maybe this is not part of the official syntax, but the command line tools don't complain about it. It's a handy feature to make quick experiments with externals. When I use it, the OK button is disabled.

Could you consider to allow this? Or could you add a checkbox "Disable syntax check" to leave it to the user's responsibility?

Best regards,
Thomas Giesel
