Patch to switch back the class ModelCanonicalEditPolicy

We have to switch back the generated class org.eclipse.xtext.example.gmf.diagram.edit.policies.ModelCanonicalEditPolicy because of refreshingproblems discussed in https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=314670.
The attached patch solves the problem.
