The link on http://www.eclipse.org/osee/downloads.php under Server "Archive - Milestone Build 0.9.4 | Date: 19 May 2010" labelled "OSEE Server Incubation Archived - Postgresql" actually links to a file named org.ecilpse.osee.server_postgresql_0.9.1_incubation.zip

Unless the server is actually the same as it was for 0.9.1, this would seem to be wrong.
