We need to add "What's New in CDT 7.0" to the release. Currently users learn what was new in CDT 6.0 and 5.0 only.
There is fair overview in http://wiki.eclipse.org/CDT/User/NewIn70, we need to push it to the release.
See bug 280125 for reference on What's New in 6.0.
