Now a domain model is initialized in the correcponding ICreationCommand - the same place where the diagram is initialized. Those creation commands are associated with diagram kinds. Separate domain model initialization into commands that are associated with diagram categories.

SysML model creation command completed with profile application.

Done in r1891.
