Build Identifier: 20090920-1017 Files with "svg" extension are not exported into the JAR file, no matter which subfolder it belongs to and no matter what the content of "build.properties" is. Changing its extension from "svg" to something else solves the problem (it gets exported). As far as I know (after doing lots of tests), on Nokia devices the SVG icon MUST have "svg" extension, otherwise the icon will not be loaded by the device. Thus, it is impossible to create a signed package of the midlet, having a SVG icon for Nokia devices. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Add a file having the extension "svg" to a MTJ project's source files. 2. Create package.
I have tried replicate this with the latest MTJ that will be part Eclipse Helios RC. Would you mind trying this on a later release... You can grab Pulsar packa from here http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/index-helios.php
It still occurs on the Helios Pulsar bundle. However, I tried reproducing this on a new project and I couldn't, so there must be something wrong with the config files of the project it occurs on.
I will close this now.. Please feel free to reopen if you find a reliable way for us to reproduce.
