Patch for issue

draw3d.ui has a refernce to a non-existing preference page. This patch removes it, but maybe it is a missing class instead?

Miles, I have improved the support for property pages in case of multi editors, see http://dev.eclipse.org/blogs/gef3d/2010/05/05/multi-editor-3d-and-property-sheet-pages/ , apparently I have forgotten to commit something, sorry. I will fix this ASAP (i.e. tomorrow ;-) )

Fixed: removed wrong page element and adjusted ID of page element for camera preferences. (Bug was not related to properties pages, sorry, wrong guess).
