When creating a new application server instance in the Java EE "Servers" view, you can download support for additional servers. Glassfish has previously been on this "additional" list but is now missing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download eclipse-jee-helios-RC2-win32.zip
2. Unzip and start
3. Right-click in the Servers view and choose New > Server
4. Click "Download additional server adapters"
5. No Glassfish in the list
