Add CTRL + ARROW_LEFT for left alignment,
Add CTRL + ARROW_RIGHT for right alignment, and so on

Added in r1815 : 
Commands are done with parameters for the handler. If we want change the keybinding, it's needed to modify only plugin.xml.
Currently the keybinding is : 
CTRL+ARROW_LEFT : left alignment
CTRL+ARROW_RIGHT : right alignment
CTRL+ARROW_UP : top alignment
CTRL+ARROW_DOWN : bottom alignment
CTRL+SHIFT+ARROW_LEFT or CTRL+SHIFT+ARROW_RIGHT : center alignment
CTRL+SHIFT+ARROW_UP or CTRL+SHIFT+ARROW_DOWN : middle alignment
