I have a project that I imported with "Import > Existing Projects Into Workspace", without checking "Copy projects into workspace".

When I edit a customization, I often get a "Not a workspace file" error (see attached stacktrace).

No, I could not reproduce with 0.8.0. It was introduced in 0.9
