1) Create a new target definition
2) Go to content tab
3) See that the label is "The plug-ins selected below will be..."
4) Change to "Manage using Features"
Result:
The label still says the plug-ins selected below, when we are selecting features.

The field name fFeaureModeButton needs to be corrected. I will commit that change before verification via this bug.
