Version of ide: 2.1 M4
I have assigned Ctrl+Y to "delete line" action in "Default" configuration and 
it works.
In the text editor if I copy some lines of text in memory (Ctrl+C), then I cut 
a blank line with Ctrl+Y (in other word if i try to move a block of code fron a 
position of my source to another one), when i try to paste text copied in any 
position of the source, ide copy only blank lines.
