Somewhere on the Entity Generation wizard we could include a check box for opening the JPA Details and JPA Structure views and check this by default. The new Entity wizard could also have this check box.

We could also include a check box for opening all of the entities in the java editor. This would be unchecked by default since there could be a lot of entities and we have not opened them in the editor in the past.

bug 216915 is for a check box which will open all the entities.
