When a repository configuration cannot be retrieved during new task creation, a bogus error message is displayed stating "The provided data is insufficient".  The error should inform user that the credentials need to be verified.

Rob, is this a regression? If the behavior has not changed I would prefer to leave it as is.

I believe this is not a regression. Can't resolve post 3.4.
