Description Ulrich Hobelmann CLA 2010-06-02 05:26:52 EDT
Build Identifier: I20100527-1700

On recent Eclipse 3.6 builds (since M7 or so), the background is not drawn correctly on Windows XP (see screenshot).

The border of text fields in effectively transparent, showing the parent window's contents. Checkboxes on white background (like in a white view) are not visible at all (even when checked), and tabbed panes are all mangled, until you explicitly select another tab (see screen).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the prefs window. The search field border looks weird, etc.

Setting major because checkboxes on white background are not visible at all.

Note: I'm only reporting it this late (and not on M6 or M7), because I thought a bug this obvious would be reported by hundreds of users. Is nobody else having this problem?

Appears to be fixed in build I20100603-1500.
