The new plug in is now necessary for Papyrus : "org.eclipse.papyrus.diagram.common.groups".

The "org.eclipse.papyrus.diagram.activity" plugin has a dependency on it. 

This plug-in is located in the uml folder

Actually, the dependency has not been added yet.
I will not add this plugin to releng and the dependency to it untill current build errors are fixed.

Plugin has been added to UML feature.
Plugin has been added in releng and the build works fine.
