I'll let Alex comment here to provide some more details but the issue is that I mistakenly included the man page viewer feature in our Helios contribution when it wasn't ready for that.  I'm now going to remove it.  I highly doubt anyone will care since it's so new and has no API but I'm filing this bug to ensure there is documentation.

I removed the

  org.eclipse.linuxtools.man

feature from the LinuxTools EPP package.

Sorry for not removing it from the EPP package, Markus.  I didn't realize that EPP used a separate file than the Helios builds but when I think about it it makes sense.
