On linux,gtk, x86_64, I20100527-1700
In a package explorer with enough contents expanded so that there is a scroll bar and the current selection is towards the bottom (screenshot 1), click the collapse all button.

The package explorer becomes empty (screenshot 2), scrolls the wheel mouse causes everything to return as normal.

I believe this is related to how far down the selection is, if there are not enough items and the selection is not down "far enough", then there is still content, but we are scrolled significantly further than would be normal. (screenshot3)

I can't reproduce this problem. Can you still reproduce it on Kepler?

More than a month without reply and I can not reproduce the issue on recent swt version. Closing.
Please reopen if you still experience the issue.
