I was installing the releng tools from the I build repo:

eclipse/eclipse \
  -application org.eclipse.equinox.p2.director \
  -consoleLog -noSplash \
  -repository http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.6-I-builds \
  -installIU org.eclipse.releng.tools.feature.group

and get this error:

org.eclipse.equinox.p2.core.ProvisionException: No repository found at http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.6-I-builds/I20100520-1744.

Maybe the composite repo hasn't been updated when child repos moved?

I was cleaning up the repositories yesterday and introduced a typo in the compositeContent.jar.   I've fixed this and it's replicating to eclipse.org.  Sorry Paul!  

If you are looking for the milestones, this might be a better repository to use. I delete the content in the i-builds repository quite often.
